Growing up in a development family, Millstein has been in a hard hat since she could walk. After receiving her B.A. in Communications and a Minor in Economics from Villanova University, Millstein went on to become a Real Estate Paralegal at a prestigious law firm in Manhattan, New York where she has resided for the past six years. Following her intuition that she belonged on the development and construction side of the business, she returned to her studies at New York University where she received her Master of Science in Real Estate Development with Honors. Since graduation in 2017, she has maintained lengthy employments with Aria Development Group, Brookfield Properties and Saint Laurent Paris. Throughout those employments, she took interior design courses at Parson’s School of Design in her free time. Upon gaining invaluable experience at each company and Parson’s, she decided to pursue her lifelong passions of founding her own design and construction consulting firm, forming the birth of Milly Made.

Paul Millstein serves as Vice President and Head of Development for Douglas Development Corporation. Since joining Douglas Development in 1987, he has managed billions in development projects, $1 billion alone in the past 24 months. As Vice President and Head of Development, Paul is responsible for the management of land planning, historic restoration, zoning requirements and project completion for all developments.

In 2016, Paul was awarded the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award by Barack Obama and he was awarded Citizen of the Year 2018 by Washington DC Metropolitan Police.

In addition to all of his esteemed accomplishments in the development world, he happens to be world’s number one dad. Haley Millstein is beyond honored to have been raised by and have the continuous support of her superhero father.
